IOT is an ongoing global talent development program for Sumitomo Corporation and its group employees held 3 times per year. With people from over 20 countries in each cohort, we help participants become the best version of themselves and build globally effective teams aligned with the company’s principles, supporting successful global expansion.
IOTは、住友商事様およびグループ各社様を対象に、年3回実施しているグローバル人材育成プログラムです。各回20か国以上から多様な人材が参加し、住友商事様の経営理念と事業方針を土台に、参加者が自らの可能性を最大限に発揮しながら、拡大し続けるグローバル環境で効果的なチームを作れる人材へ成長できるようサポートしています。

Marugame Udon "Global Summit" Project

As part of the Global Summit hosted by the Marugame Business Unit in Japan, we conducted a “Leadership Alignment Workshop” bringing together all Marugame’s global CEOs and Toridoll Holdings board members to align mindsets and co-create shared global goals.
日本本社の丸亀製麺グローバルストラテジーチーム様が主催するグローバルサミットの一環として、「リーダーシップ・アライメント・ワークショップ」を実施しました。このワークショップには、丸亀製麺様の世界各国のCEO及び（株）トリドールホールディングス様と社長と重役メンバーが一堂に会し、相互理解と今後のグローバル目標の共創に取り組みました。
Japan Cloud “People Manager Program”

Talent development is at the core of Japan Cloud’s growth strategy. We partnered with Japan Cloud to create a People Manager Program for 25 team leaders across several portfolio companies. The program is designed in alignment with Japan Cloud’s strategic focus on building resilient, high-performing teams that can thrive sustainably.
Japan Cloud様の成長戦略の中心には「人材育成」があります。私たちはJapan Cloud様と協働し、複数のグループ企業様の25名のピープルマネージャーを対象とした「ピープルマネージャー・プログラム」を企画・実施しました。本プログラムは、持続的に成果を生み出す「レジリエントで高いパフォーマンスを発揮できるチームづくり」を重視する、Japan Cloud様の戦略方針に沿って設計されています。
Institute of Science Tokyo “Design Thinking Program”

Since 2021, H Squared has partnered with the Institute of Science Tokyo to help prepare the next generation of healthcare leaders for an increasingly complex and interconnected world. Through its flagship Health Sciences Leadership Program (HSLP), we deliver experiential learning that strengthens participants' ability to innovate, collaborate across disciplines, navigate ambiguity, and solve complex real-world challenges. Our Design Thinking Workshop supports this development, providing practical frameworks and hands-on experience that participants can apply throughout their careers. Grounded in the power of Human × Human connection, we strive to cultivate individuals who can think independently, co-create with others, and shape the future with confidence and purpose.
2021年より、H Squaredは東京科学大学（旧：東京医科歯科大学）と連携し、生命科学研究・国際保健/医療政策・医療産業分野のグローバルリーダー養成プログラム "Health Sciences Leadership Program（HSLP）"を支援しています。本プログラムは、完全英語履修であり、急速に変化し複雑化する社会や医療環境において求められるグローバルリーダーシップを育むため、体験型学習を通じてイノベーション創出力、学際的な協働力、不確実性への対応力、そして複雑な課題を解決する力の強化に取り組んでいます。H Squaredが担当するデザイン思考ワークショップでは、参加者が実践的なフレームワークとハンズオンの体験を通じて、人間中心の課題解決アプローチを学びます。多様なバックグラウンドを持つ仲間との対話や共創を通じて、新たな視点を獲得し、将来の研究、医療、政策、産業の現場で活かせるスキルとマインドセットを培います。Human × Human の理念のもと、このワークショップでは参加者一人ひとりが自ら考え、多様な人々と協働しながら、より良い未来を創造するグローバルリーダーへと成長する機会を提供しています。
